Welcome to back again, Now, Why Yahoo Voice is hacked?
The Yahoo’s Security for
the service appears to have been disputed, early Thursday morning. Hackers posted
a list titled “Owned and Exposed”
which is “brought to you by the D33Ds
Company” was posted online revealing 450,000 Yahoo Voices users, including a
number of details for the service all of the email addresses and passwords.
The information about site hosting
is intermittently down; however, luckily we were able to open the document and
verify the information which contains user emails and password data. The news
like “Wake-up call” is seen the lower part of the document, given by the hacker
group.
In this document it says,
“We hope that the parties who are responsible for managing the security of this sub domain will take this as a wake-up call, & not as a threat.”
“There have been many security holes exploited in Yahoo web servers belonging to Yahoo! Inc. that have caused far greater damage rather than our disclosure. “
“Please
don’t take them as lightly. The sub domain and vulnerable parameters have not
been posted to avoid your further damage.”
This quote is taken from Jean
Vanier of its closing remarks, “Growth begins when we begin to accept our own
weakness,” says the Hackers group.
