Change
the world is not easy task. Before change the world, at first you have to
change yourself. Here we recommended you to try this formula to change your
industry, your company or even your personal life --and I promise you it will
work.
So far, most of the luminous business ideas & strategies are often the simplest. From the different fields of business, experienced persons agree about this, it’s true. I often ask myself, “Why didn’t I think of that?” So I am going to share with you a winning formula that I see from leaders, who use this again and again and again…to change the world.
You can use this formula
from the next time, when you feel stuck—whether you are trying to change your
industry, your company or even your personal life --and I promise you it will
work.
Number 1: What’s the outcome I want?
Ask to you this question “what is the outcome I want?” Try to
force the mind to focus on the final destination like what you will be at the
end of the day, never think the current bumps in the road. The output of this
question is that it immediately sets your mindset as a “creator”. And even successful people predict the destination
within seconds. You can try this - a world changing question.
Number 2: What stands in my way?
The best leaders tend to identify and prioritize the problems they faced. They always think not about the problems are, but how to solve problems. Then they brainstorm different ways to eliminate, avoid or neutralize the problems. After end of the day, they get the same outcome exactly they want.
Let’s say an example, George Clooney- an American actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter who lost 20+ pounds that he’d put on for a movie role. In an interview, he had been asked by host;” How he had managed to lose the weight so quickly?” Clooney’s responded, “I ate less and exercised more.”
It is seen too often in business that when we are talking about how hard it is to “lose weight” while consuming a potato chip. But only leaders using this formula. Not thinking about outcome, they focused on plan, then execution.
This theme, “I want to be 20 pounds lighter,” says by an enlightened leader. So “what stands in my way?” Let’s see…
You might face this type of situation in business or your personal life, like that “to maintain our health well we need to exercise daily”.
Let’s take an example,
“I will start the day with exercise or I will block time on my calendar.
So each weekend, I’ll pack my gym bag for the entire week and put it in my car.”
“I don’t think so”, any leader always say this sentence. They don’t separate exercise from their activities, because to face problem is one kind of exercise in our life.
A simple people may think, “To maintain our health well we need to eat or get food daily”.
Let’s take an example,
“I will do my homework, buy healthy snacks and eat small portions throughout the day. So I will pack my lunch and stop eating fast food.”
But successful people never separate food from their activities, because to get rid off from problem is one kind of food in our life.
Number 3: Who has figured it out already?
So, now our creators have identified the outcome they want or what to be in life. They already create a list of problem; they prioritize the list and identified ways to overcome each problem.
This is where some creator makes mistake to pass their ideas spontaneously to others. Somebody steal their ideas & start to do something new. But, most of the times they fail who steal ideas. Because there is a word called "BASIS".
They fail most of the time because they have no exact basis of steal ideas. But since stealing is a politically incorrect term, we’ll call their strategy parallel engineering.
Here is a scenario,
“In the mid ’90s, X company had grown to about 25 people. X had dozens of projects happening at once and needed a more efficient way to manage the growing complexity of its business. So being the brilliant, naïve entrepreneurs that X naturally decided to build a software system to help their employee track, manage and optimize each project.
After spending roughly $185,000 and hundreds of hours in time, X scrapped the project. Three phone calls later X bought an off-the-shelf system that did 90 percent of the things X was trying to build into their custom solution.”

Number 1: What’s the outcome I want?
Most of the people try to get fixed output; some people
expect more than they deserve or some of them caught up in the drama of a
situation they don’t like. On the other hand, victims can’t innovate because
they are focused on problem—not solutions.
You will hear from them, talk about problems like how
things aren’t rational, they are wronged by others and they look for
encouragement or excuses to feel the situation better. Sometimes, this may make
them feel good. It is simple that being energized by problems is a recipe for
inaction.

Intelligence is always learning from their own mistakes
or see somebody mistake; always learning from the mistakes of others even your
side. It is less painful to be wise than smart. It is also a lot cheaper as
well. That’s the reason that third question is so important.
